ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of StreamDesign and its customers in connection with the sale of graphic goods (overlays twitch, logo, banner etc…). Any service provided by StreamDesign implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCT PRESENTATION

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the shop sections of our website. The images of product presentations are contractual. StreamDesign may be held liable if errors have occurred. All texts and images presented on the StreamDesign website are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 3 – PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF OFFERS TO SELL

The products are offered without stock or time limits. In the event of an order for a product that has become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability as soon as possible by e-mail.

ARTICLE 4 – PRODUCT PRICES

The shops section of our website shows prices in euros excluding tax. As StreamDesign is a micro-enterprise, it is not subject to VAT.
StreamDesign reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

The proposed rates include the discounts and rebates that StreamDesign would have to grant in view of its results or the buyer’s assumption of certain services.

No discount will be granted in the event of early payment.

ARTICLE 5.1 – ORDER

The customer validates his order when he activates the link “Confirm your order” at the bottom of the page “Summary of your order” after having accepted these conditions of sale. Before this validation, it is systematically proposed to the customer to check each of the elements of his order; he can thus correct any errors.
StreamDesign confirms the order by e-mail; this information includes all the elements of the order and the customer’s right of withdrawal.

The data recorded by StreamDesign constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This is archived by StreamDesign under the legal conditions and deadlines; the customer can access this archiving by contacting the Customer Relations department.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT TERMS

The payment of orders is made by paypal.
When the order is registered, the buyer must pay the full amount of the order so that it can be validated and delivered.

ARTICLE 7 – WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

The Purchaser may exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify any reasons, in the event that he has ordered a design order. However, he will have to pay a penalty equivalent to half (50%) of the amount of the order.
In case of exercise of the right of retraction, StreamDesign reimburses the Purchaser for 50% of the amount of the order, as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days following the date on which this right was exercised.

ARTICLE 8 – DELIVERY

All ordered products are delivered after payment of the order (except for personalized orders). The order will be available for download via your customer account. You will be able to upload your files ONCE. Please keep them on your computer or any storage media.

ARTICLE 9 – COPYRIGHT AND COPYRIGHTS

The Purchaser undertakes not to copy, plagiarize, redistribute or counterfeit the products purchased on StreamDesign.fr
GALLET Tristan is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the user rights to all elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

ARTICLE 10 – CUSTOMER RELATIONS – AFTER-SALES SERVICE

For any information, question or complaint, the customer can contact the company’s Customer Relations department 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, via the contact form accessible via the home page of the website.
